Researched locations for displaced communities

The study has identified 5 countryside locations in the Negev area, with over 50 acres of potential and certified land.

All locations are suitable for the rapid preparation of infrastructure and other necessary requirements for the displaced communities affected by the October 7 war.

Stage 1
Mid-term Neighborhood

Create a living and social solution, for a group of 30 families from displaced communities, based on LIVINGHOOD portfolio of living solutions.

Pre-development for regional construction and innovation district.

Stage 2
Long-term
Livinghood Town & Innovation District

Solution for 5-10 LIVINGHOOD communities and establishment of a regional Construction and Innovation District.

Construction-Tech Regional Center

The Construction Tech Regional Center is planned to become a global-hub for driving innovation and growth, for the entire Western-Negev community.

Experimental Center for Construction Technologies allows us to test new materials, machines, and construction methods.

Beta-site companies from the region and beyond serve as "living laboratories" for implementing innovative construction technologies.
